    Looking to get an offset

Hey everyone. Been smoking for a few years on my WSM 18.5” and I love it. I’m looking to also get an offset so I can make more than just on my WSM. Not looking to spend a lot. Are any of the offsets that are $100-$150 price range they sell at Home Depot decent enough to get the job done?

    Reloading the charcoal

I had the brinkman smoke and grill, made a 8 LB pork butt, had same issue, kept having to reload charcoal. Finally i got fed up, and got a Weber Smokey Mountain, and it was the best investment I have ever made. There are vents to regulate the fire, and a charcoal grate so the ashes fall through...

Pork Butt & Spare Ribs on new WSM 18"

Hey guys, I am new to smoking, and yesterday gave it a shot. I smoked 2 butts last year on a Brinkman smoke and grill and was discouraged due to the lack of air flow and constant need to add charcoal. Got the WSM 18" as a gift and what a beautiful smoker. I had a 9.5 LB butt from my local...
