    WSM has been my only smoker. Of course I went with the 22.5 because, well , bigger is better. I don't regret any second of that purchase.

    Another new toy compliments of the tax man. Heating it up over a vortex.... 2 garlic peppercorn ribeyes and a strip for the wife. Q is always better when served on fine china.. hope you enjoyed! I know we did!
