15 Pound American Butt..
Picked up a nice 15 lb. Butt for this weekend. That's the size I'm needing. I'd rather not cut it in half but never smoked a Butt that size on an MES. Going 240 temp for at least 1.5/hr per pound. Needing some advice here. Me and 19 other buddies are taking an annual golf trip this weekend. Some how I've been delegated to smoke some butts. I'm taking my MES on the trip. Triton Gas/ Charcoal Grill
Evening y'all. I went down to Academy yesterday and bought the old man a Triton Charcoal/ Gas combo grill for Christmas. Also, has a small smoke box for some rookie smoking.
