hey all been doing some jerky on the smoker today. rubbed it yesterday with some cure and black pepper seasoning. let it set in the fridge for 24 hours, put the jerky on at 11:30 am, i cut them rather thick at 1/4 inch its now 8:16 pm and the jerky is looking awesome. heres some qview for ya.

im building an automatic pid controller for my double drum smoker. I have a mypin ta4 controller. my question is do I have to use an ssr to power a 24 volt dc 10 cfm fan or can I just wire it to the controller
