    Smoking a pork shoulder for nephews 2nd birthday tomorrow with Q-view

    10lb pork shoulder injected with some cherry DR.Pepper and a dry rub. Have mustard and pork rub on outside going to be smoking with royal oak lump and cherry wood. Will update as time goes on.
