Venison Loin today with QView
Had some venison Loins given to me so I decided to smokem. Just rubbed with a very little amount of S&P, garlic and onion powder and a dash of chili powder. Used a combo of hickory and mesquite during this burn. Pulled and let rest at around 140. Very juicy and very tasty. -
Built another one, center firebox double reverse flow patio model.
Built another patio model over the weekend for another buddy. Pretty much the same as the last one I did just a little bigger. This one has a cooking area of 18"x30" with a wrap around shelf. Here is the pic.- mag409
