Getting everything taken down and to the trailer after a long day wipes me out.

Sourdough Tartine 9 grain.
Organic central milling old world, hard red sprouted fresh milled.
We have an event this Sat and the last market day for season on Sun.
Another new one for me.
I could make 2 half's from this one.
We only have 2 more farmers market days left for the season but we have 3 events to do October/Nov/Dec.
Ingredients in the Mocha Coffee.
Fresh milled triple sifted hard white/red
dark cocoa powder
water

Luxembourg Sourdough with toasted walnuts.
Made with fresh milled hard red & white wheat and white rye.
Taking to an event tomorrow at the American Legion.
Had to try it. Used some of my almost gone makers before I opened my private bottle.
I reduced the water to 300g and added 50g of makers. I didn't know how it would turn out but im happy with the result.
Using Five Rose's Canadian bread flour for these 4 sourdough. Impressed with this flour. I got 50lbs at RRD.
Made 2 diced jalapeno/cheese loaves also.

Made 2 and cubed one up for samples. No farmers mkt this Sunday as the Rineyville days are going on at the park.
Also baked today, Two sourdough toasted walnut, honey, cinnamon.

My turn for sourdough funfetti.
My mix was 800g organic central milling old world bread flour and 146g fresh milled sprouted hard white. Third fold I added 3Tbs sprinkles......
The fresh milled hard white is done. All sourdough.
Top rack is the sprouted flour
Bottom not sprouted.
Non sprouted.
Sprouted. Really no difference in the look. Taste I dont know as these are for the farmers mkt.

Here is a bread just baked.
100% fresh milled Sprouted hard white with honey. Mild sourdough.
Local sourced honey from our friend grandma down the rd.
I made two of them, no additives or preservatives.
Real bread, not store bought chemical bread.
