    More Sprouted Wheat Sourdough

    Sourdough made with fresh milled sprouted hard white wheat. Organic, non gmo, no preservatives or additives. I do my own sprouting and milling. No VWG used. My mixer is a Zacme 4.8qt 10 speed. I get a great window pane with speed 2 for 5 mins. Good healthy bread.
