I was in Costco today and happened by the meat area and they had baby backs for I think it was $3.49/# and spare ribs for $1.79/#. Has anyone else used pork ribs from Costco and how'd they turn out?
I did my first smoked butt this weekend for Memphis BBQ and I can't believe how good it turned out. I had a 7 1/4 # bone in butt and did the following:

I bought a vertical gas smoker at Sears and so far have tried a couple of pork bellies and some chicken using hickory. I'm shooting for having a Memphis oasis in my Philadelphia back yard!
