    Smoke time for 1 rack

    Gonna try out Jeff’s recipe for 3-2-1 ribs tomorrow. However, only have 1 rack (3.8 lbs) and the recipe calls for 2 (4 lbs each). Would I use the same smoking time of 6 hours?
