so i got up this morning and pullled some meat out of the refrige to put on the smoker. My smoker has been siting unused for just to long so here we go got it up and running ........sorry i dont know how to turn the pic
so my friend wanted to try some of my smoked meat because some of my other Friends told him it was really good he said he would pay for all the meat and give me a case of beer !!!!!! so i was thinking of what i could do to get a good varieties of meat

hey guys i am not new on here but was on a long hiatus from here it must have been over 2 years now .....but way to long but i did not stop smoking i have been going to town on the pulled pork and chicken the hole time. I have been wanting to get back on here for awhile now so here i am back...
well here is my fast smoke for tonight my last cupple have gone at least 15 hours so i needed something fast here so im doing some abs and salmon .......they have been going for 45 minnets
well i was thrown a curve ball this weekend i went to my cabin and when i got there i was told......hey can you smoke a 2 chickens this weekend and i said sure ......but then i thought my smoke is at my house and then my wheels start turning in my head ......and i see the webber gas grill...
well the problem that i have is i have made a lot of butt for my work to surve tomorrow at a party we are havening well i just got a phone call saying can you get any more ........i got a 3 pound pork rost in the freezer ......can i put that in the crack pot and then over night then pull it good...
well here we go it is around 4:30 in the morning today and i got my smoker going i am doing 62 pounds of pork butt and i am doing it in 2 shifts and i will explain it as im going along so i will have lots of q view to day for ever one to enjoy

i have a smoke hollow 34168g and it gets to hot on low it runs about 300 i am forced to put carbord in the door to crack it open and still runs to hot and i got all the air vents open and runing it on low and the water pan is full and i have moved it so the wind hits it from a differnt ways also...
