I just put 10 centercut porkchops on my new Masterbuilt electric smoker,they are 1'' thick.I'm cooking them at 225 degrees.My question is how long do they have to cook?Any help would be appreciated.
Just wanted to check in and say hello.I got a Masterbuilt electric smoker for Christmas and getting ready to use it for the first time.I'm going to try smoking a salmon first.Does anyone know of a good cook book or a place to get receipes for smoking?
