    Smoked at 250 for 6 hours. Used hickory and cherry wood. Wrapped at 160 degrees pulled at 210. It was like butter

    I'm the wrong one to ask. I have a big green egg, electric Cajun smoker. 2 gasses and a small charcoal grill 3 different grills for camping.. every one has there use .. at least that's my story and I'm sticking too it

    Friend of mine gave me his egg saying he couldn't control his heat.. Dang stayed steady for me 11 hrs @ 250..
