    Bacon wrapped chickin

    I thought I would make some bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with ham.  I didn't have any cheese to put in them but they came out great. Smoked at 250 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Took them off and wrapped them in foil until everything else was done. We enjoyed them for sure.

    Well I did my first pork butt yesterday. It took me about 11 hours but boy was it worth it. It was done about 1;30 in the morning so I wrapped it and put it in the cooler for a couple hours. Was back up at 4:30  to take it out and pull it. I don't care what any one says this is some good stuff...
