another tip, make sure your grill is flat or even tilted down to the right (towards the grease bucket) so it flows out of the grill and doesnt linger around.- bigtrain74

The drip tray needs to be 100% clean if you are not using foil. Otherwise it burn and yes, you get nasty tasting food. I know ruining a few meals.- bigtrain74
