Just rubbed the chicken breast with my rub and wrapped with 4 slices of bacon and smoked around 230 to 250 for about 4 hours. Didnt have time to brine but still turned out moist and delicous

Im doing my first Brisket and Corned Beef on Wednesday and have a few questions. How long do Briskets usually take? Just wanna know what time I need to start to be finished by a certain time and with the corned beef, do you just throw it on? Or do you add some more spices and stuff to it...
