No fat cap on my pork loin
Hey Y'all! I am smoking a pork loin for the first time. It had a lot of silverskin, which I removed. Unfortunately, the fat cap went with it. I have a smoker grill; do I smoke it the same, or will it dry out?- Wroughtdaily
