Thanks for all the advice. We ended up at Jack Stack based on the people from the plants advise. We did a late lunch on the way to the airport area. The food and experience were excellent. I got a burnt ends and ribs combo with the beans.
I have 2 Reqteq grill. A Trailblazer for smoking and a Bullseye for grilling. Pretty happy with this set up.
Plus can do two different types of meat or side at same time.
Love my bullseye. I used it a lot. I use an ink bird to monitor my IT on my phone. Currently reverse searing a Tri tip on it. Run it on low, then crank up to 350 or 400 and sear on back side of Grill Grates
Just finished up a great week at Rainy lake. Had some tremendous fishing days, at times ridiculous. I’ll post more details when we get we get back.
Fork I’ll get you some more details later. Here’s the view from our cabin.
We are staying at ShaSha resort. Couldn’t convince fam to do the houseboat. Turned to be a lucky move. Wife had shoulder surgery two weeks ago and would not have enjoyed the houseboat.
I’ll post some pics and a review upon return.
