Pork Cushion
Picked up 4 pack of pork cushion made one in slow cooker, it was ok, a bit dry. Any suggestions roast, smoke, slice into steaks and grill. Have 3 more to use up. Was told it’s a roast from the shoulder, not much fat on it.- Rube
