Hi. I'm a newbie. I watched some youtube videos about turning my gas bbq into a smoker......

It was the best piece of meat I've ever cooked. I'm a new smoker. Now and for the rest of my life. I'm planning my next attempt right now. Boneless chicken breast. I think they need to be cooked to 165 degrees, but I'm not sure. I'll have to find out. The pork roast was delicious though. Thanks...

I'm going to try and keep my grill temperature between 225 and 250 degrees. Here's my questions: How long should I plan on having...

I don't care if I get a propane or electric. I don't want a charcoal though. It needs to be big enough to hold a turkey and fit within my $150 dollar budget. It's a Masterbuilt 20050211 Black Propane Smoker, 40-Inch

I'm not very "forum" savvy. I wasn't able to figure out how to move it. Like I said earlier, I don't care whether it's gas or electric as long as it is big enough to smoke a turkey and fit into my $150 budget. I don't want charcoal though.

Okay, sorry about that. I thought it was electric. I really don't care about electric or propane. I don't think I want a char coal one being a newbie. I'll try to move it.

Here it is. Char-Broil The Big Easy TRU-Infrared Smoker Roaster & Grill . It's $152 bucks which is at the top end of my budget. If anyone has any other option for me I'm all ears. That's not true, I'm mostly feet and knobby knees.

Hello. I'm a smoking newbie. Hoping to find advice and guidance from those with experiance.

I haven't bought a smoker yet, but I'm going to get one. I want to find one that is big enough to smoke a turkey and easy enough for an amateur to learn on. I'm like everyone else, I have a tight budget. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I live in the pacific northwest. My name is Ricky...
