@Brokenhandle My wife makes these 4 tinctures:
1. Chamomile (anxiety but the tea works the same),
2. mullein (dry coughs),
3. lemon balm (anxiety, also works for the herpes virus like cold sores etc),
4. yarrow (for external wounds)
The wife learned how to make from ‘She Is Of the Woods’...

I don’t have arthritis, but my body aches after a long day of work. What helps me is a nice tall shot glass of the “Arkansas Push Water” also known as moonshine! Pushes me right thru the night and then some!

95% of our garden is planted. Still need to plant okra and pumpkins (only two). Other than that we’ve planted…..tomatoes (sweet 100 and sweet brandywine) bush beans, cucumbers, jalapeños, cayennes peppers, zucchini, squash, cow peas, ground cherry tomatoes, broccoli and dill.
