Hey, everybody! Not exactly sure where to put this, so if needs to be moved, sorry! So I'm finally back in a position to where it's time to start searching for a new grill after Harvey took ours out. Right now I'm torn between the Char Broil Commercial Tru-Infrared and the Weber Spirit E-310...

From what I've read here, hardly anyone trusts the thermometer on the smoker, but rather a probe. Looks like everything worked out!

Lol. Truthfully when it comes to BBQ, I love the variations you get from different regions. It's one of the great things about BBQ, there's not really a "wrong" way to do it. But of course a good brisket is my favorite.

And now my mouth is watering... Looks amazing Chile!
