So the plan is to spritz as it cooking with 50/50 apple juice apple cider mix. Question is, would that same mix and ratio be a good injection or would apple juice or cider alone be a good injection? Thanks- smokinq

Ya theres not gonna be 50 thats a max amount and between the pork sandwhiches and the beans and the salads and potatoes im hoping ill be good. Its a celebration of life thing for someone who passed so its not really about the food anyway. So im just gonna cook and when its gone its gone- smokinq
