    thanks for the welcome!  I like to do dry sausage and some prosciutto!! I dont really have any experience playing around in electrical wiring! but i find this amazing.. turning a old fridge &  wine coolers into a curing chamber !!

    Hello!! Im curious to know what people do when they have no cold room to cure. I just bought my first home, and been wanting to cure meat for couple years now! I have heard of people using old fridges and wine coolers. Cheers!
