thank you all! I picked up the smoker from a local builder out of Conroe. www.lakeconroesmokers.com Charlie did a great job on my custom build. I've added a 2nd ball valve to help regulate temps a little better. -

Hello all! wife wanted ribs for the 4th, so I decided to post the cook here. picked up a 3pack of baby back ribs from Sam's Club. removed membrane rubbed with olive oil and McCormick's "Applewood Rub" wrapped in glad wrap and started my UDS. used Kingsford "blue" with apple wood chunks... -
