    Making pulled pork today. Very windy and 36 degrees here in the north east. 6 lb pork butt rubbed yesterday. Making cole slaw to try as a topping on sandwiches.

    Last one was a success, trying another today. Injected brisket this time just to try it. Beef broth with a little rub added. It was my first time injecting and made a little bit of a mess at the beginning but when I got familiar with it things were fine.

    New to community, newish to smoking

    Hey Brad, I did some chicken and ribs a couple weeks ago and the chicken was excellent. I kept the temp in the 260 - 275 range and the skin was crispy. remember to add some paprika to the chicken for some color. Good luck.
