    Haven't had a chance to post a picture of the finished product. So here it is. Total cook time 11 hours. IT 201. Wrapped in a towel for 30 minutes.

    So got the smoker temp up to 260. Holding there and the picnic is out of the fridge and on the smoker. Stay tuned

    So I forgot all about the wings Jojo wanted. So I grabbed them and made up a mixture of just hot sauce and brown sugar and injected. I love spicy and so does she. She also has a cold. Well right now she is breathing better than she has in days.
