I have posted pix many times but now for some reason the box to click to post is no longer visible yet people are still posting pix.Is it an issue with my computer or is there website problems.....also the box for smiley faces is no longer seen.
Just gotta say I have made his recipe twice and get nothing but compliments on my chicken if you haven't bought the recipes you really should the BBQ sauce and rub are awesome and simple to make
Here's my latest smoked chicken had to bring in and put it in oven because of bad weather but it smoked for over 6 hours @ 225 after putting it in oven the skin exploded open.
It was rubbed w/Suzannes Gourmet Southwest rub

Last nights smoked Salmon not pretty. I let the dogs out and the springer in a rush banged into smoker and it tipped off the steps 21/2 feet to the ground salmon everywhere. Needless to say after shots are not pretty! Looks like we will be having salmon Dip!
The local supermarket has Atlantic Salmon on sale this week so it's what is on the smoker!!! This is the first batch w/hickory b4 & After pix next up maple smoked! oops busted there's a piece missing!!!!!!!!
