Well, since Gary (Scarbelly) was such a friend to others, and taught the young. I chose to smoke and give in the spirit of giving for Gary.
I have friends with a 4-H past, so they received a quick gift. I have a function at work, so I made pulled pork for that.

All in all, not too bad, left them whole (minus the tips).

My smoker is a 20” Diam. X 36” Wide side fire box, approximately 650 pounds, and I currently have it under the patio cover. We have a clay soil yard, and it is a beast to move.
While I am planning to add a concrete pad to allow me to move it from under cover. We ain’t there yet.
