Brinkman cajun smoker
I recently inherited a brinkman Cajun charcoal water smoker. It’s mucj larger than my other brinkman smoker. It’s brand new in the box and has been in a basement nearly 20 years possibly more. Anyone have any experience with these? Any mods would be greatly appreciated. I probably won’t be...- Madman960

2nd picnic roast
Last night i smoked my 2nd picnic roast. Tastes great. Better bark than my 1st one. Both tasted excellent. I used my $25 expert grill charcoal water smoker unmodified both times.
