Temperature concerns
Hi, all. I've just smoked my first 2 pork butts, and they turned out great. However, I'm concerned about my smoker already. I have an MES 30, and the temperature is nowhere near what my digital thermometer is saying. I set it for 225, and the digital said I was hovering between 195 and 205...- D.P.Smith
