Got a brisket flat from the local grocery store. Choice cut. I didn’t trim any fat. Rubbed down with a heavy amount of beef rub. Used the 22” WSM. Hickory and cherry chunks for smoke. A whole bag of Kingsford charcoal. Used the BBQ Guru and set it to 250 degrees. It was done in 11 hours. 205 IT...
Rotisserie Chicken on the Weber Kettle. OnlyFire brand for the Weber. Works awesome! Plum wood chunks for that sweet smoke! Stuffed the bird with: lemon, apple and orange wedges. Seasoned with Kosmos Dirty Bird rub. Let it sit over night in the fridge. Lid off entire cook. Enjoy the pictures:
Growing up in an Italian family Sundays are a pasta type of dinner. On the menu: homemade fettuccine noodles with a homemade red sauce (spaghetti sauce) with meat balls and roasted garlic and Italian bread.
I’m having issues trying to post a full picture in my posted thread.
Once I click on attachment tab, I can pick and chose the photos I want, however, they stay as a thumbnail? I don’t have the option of a full image.
Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help.
Had this Tomahawk steak sitting in my freezer for almost a year. Time to bring the new year in right, with a reverse sear using the Weber kettle. Used a rub I got from the recent Christmas exchange from @Rafter H BBQ . Rubbed this sucker down and let it sit in the fridge for about 7 hours...

The local grocery store had a meat sale. I found a package of country style ribs. Price was right. Used mustard as a binder. A nice pork rub I got from @JLinza was added. Vortex was added to the Weber 26” with a hickory chunk. Vortex style ribs! I used a bbq sauce glaze I got...

Here is the way I smoke baby back ribs. Pretty simple. No pulling off the membrane. Miracle Whip as a binder. I used a pork rub I got from @JLinza (SMF Christmas exchange…and I still have stuff from him I haven’t used yet) Let the ribs sit out on the counter while I set up the...
Found me some beef back ribs at the local grocery store. Used wash-your-sister sauce as a binder and used a brisket rub I got from @JLinza.

Anyone out there that has a Maid-Rite hamburger recipe? Had these growing up in Indiana. For those that don’t know what maid-rites are….they are basically a sloppy joe without the tomato sauce. Sometimes called “loose meat”.
I searched the forum. I found one that is really simple. Just curious...
OMG! Got me something special yesterday at the local grocery store! Tell you what boys and girls and transgenders, you can’t beat a smoked bologna sammich with a wet stick! Add some tomato and lettuce with miracle whip….goodness! All done on the Weber Kettle!

Wife bought some beef short ribs from the local Wal-Marts. Decided to smoke them on the Weber kettle using hickory chunks. I used worsh sister sauce as a binder and a brisket rub I got from @JLinza as a Christmas gift. The last 15 minutes of the cook I mopped on some Tiger Sauce.
These turned...

The wife wants simple and heavy duty washer built to last. I told her, “Thats why I married you”.
That comment didn’t go as planned.
Anyways, what brand do you guys recommend? Currently looking at...
