Pulled pork injection question
So the plan is to spritz as it cooking with 50/50 apple juice apple cider mix. Question is, would that same mix and ratio be a good injection or would apple juice or cider alone be a good injection? Thanks- smokinq

Pulled Pork tomorrow, general discussion about situaiton
Smokin 3 8 pound butts tomorrow. Got 25 ppl guranteed with a possibility of 50 but dont expect 50. Sides and salads all to be there as well. Should be plenty?- smokinq
