Does this look right?
Hey guys, I just smoked my first piece of meat (pork loin). I wanted to see if this looks right. It was 15 degrees for a high today and I had a heck of a time trying to keep my smoker warm, so I ended up wrapping the entire top portion of the smoker in aluminum foil (cheap Brinkman charcoal one)...- bigryan
