    First shot at smoked buffalo wings!

    Started off with 4lb of wings cleaned dried and put in the fridge for 2 hrs to dehydrate ( found out that helps crisp the skin in my mes 30). Took them out and dry rubbed with my own rub. Next went into the smoker at 250 for 2 hrs with Apple wood. Came out good I think, crisp skin and good...

    First Boston butt!

    Trying my first butt today it's a 4lb bone in, I injected it last night along with the rub and wrapped and into the frig for 12 hrs. Heated the smoker to 230 and in it went for sind 7.5 to 8 hrs or until 205 IT. prior to going into the smoker, will try to get a half way thru pic later today...

    Noob from new Jersey!

    Hello all my name is George and I just bought my first smoker mes 30, now that it's seasoned I'm taking it for a spin and smoking some chicken. Keeping my fingers crossed that it comes out good!
