I’ve done this for years. I had troubles you speak of when I used a cheap 100$ lem grinder. When I upgraded to the Weston #12 (600$) my troubles were over. I’m not familiar with the dual grind either but anyway. I cut deer meat in 1” cubes or cross grain strips. Not overloading the hopper...
Those are cool for sure!! I have a decoy addiction and have a bunch of them. From very old to new working decoys. I’ve carved and painted a few as well and that’s a time consuming task!! Ya wanna double your money LOL. Nice find and thanks for posting

Went up to visit Mom and broke out the old Weber for brats…..this thing has got to be 30 yrs old or so. About 5 yrs ago I cleaned up the burner real good so had consistent flame but not much else has been done to it.
Good info….im in the same boat, will need to get them eventually but have concerns as well. Most of the summer I drive a topless Jeep w lots of wind noise and also wear hearing protection a lot when on a tractor or mower etc…..
Broke the wok in w a wild duck stirfry.
Started w a little bacon
Then added duck onion n garlic n carrot n bell n jalapeño
Served over rice w sesame seed topping
