Yup. Beef country style ribs. Cook time 5ish hours. Holy gospel seasoning. Sauce at the end. Tat bit dry but tasted great. Nice little smoke ring. My pictures suck but here they are. I will say if you really want a great wifi therm, fire board is amazing. This camp chef puts out a... -
