Dry brine Turkey breast
I would rinse the dry brine off then season with what you want after. You can add spices to the dry brine but I still rinse it off- pc farmer

Another old wood cook stove…..
No info but my aunt and uncle had a big on in there kitchen when I was a kid. I assume it was newer cause it had a oven too. It was painted ,porcelain I assume- pc farmer
