Sorry I couldn't post all of the pics. I am still being "moderated". Here are the ribs with sauce applied and on for the last hour and 1 hour into the ABT cook. ABT's with the orange filling are buffalo chicken and the yellow ones were cornbread with cheese in the batter.
I left one in a cooler with a lot of deadspace for 3 hours while foiled and wrapped in a towel and it was still very warm when I pulled it out. I only planned on an hour but was not home and got caught out.
I would also look into SoFlaQuers finishing sauce. It is fantastic and an amazing addition to your pork. I sometimes just use it instead of sauce.
