    I did find a “Big Chief” electric smoker tucked away in my shop I forgot about. Looking at the manual, it cooks at 165 deg. I think that may work. How long do you think it will take at a constant 165?

    Corn blowing over

    Try supporting with tpost on the end of each row and run some string from post to post and tie it off....tight. You can hill the stalks but this is easier IMO. Sweet corn has shallower roots than field corn.
