Two boston butts...trimmed slightly to get rid of some of the silver skin and rubbed with jeffs rub. WIll go on at about 230am tonight for a 5-6pm dinner. Should be the right timing
So there is no issue with over marinating...these came out awesome. The sliced one was a little too dry for me though, definelty will foil both next time. Not a loss at all on the unfoiled one, just put it in the crockpot for a few hours and softened it up.
