    Can a Pork Butt be pulled the day after it was smoked or is it best to pull it while it is still warm and not been cooled down?? It is going to be late tonite after it rests and I am not sure if I want to pull it tonite anymore. Thanks.

    I was and still am a big fan of Michael Jordan, too bad he is still not playing, and I saw he had Air23 on one of his license plates, so I added the MJ and there you have it. A tribute to the greatest basketball player ever...JMHO. I love this website!!

    Jeffs rib rub question

    I too have just purchased jeff's rub but not have had the chance to try it out yet. I mixed up the rub yesterday...it is similar to a rub I had been using. I am anxious to try out the BBQ sauce tho.. Can you use the sauce as a finishing sauce also??
