Being new to smoking, I sure appreciate the time you (and everyone that posts such great threads here) to explain your process. It makes it almost impossible for a beginner to screw up a smoke! The ribs sure looked good in those pictures!! Thanks for the thread.

Wow! Thats great! The same thing happened to me last month, only I wasn't so lucky. I went to check out the other smokers and when I went back someone else was in the process of purchasing it. It was marked down to $165.00. Hmmm, wait, you weren't, naww, different store. ;)

Wow! Salmon, my favorite fish! You sure got it lookin good in those pics. There is not many things out there that will allow me to pass up a chance to eat salmon.
Can't add much to what all of the above have already said, and there is no question they are right. That sausage sure looks tasty!! I did notice in your last picture, however, under your smoker. Do you use that for a marinade or a sauce? ;)
