    Pastrami from the begining, update It's finally done!!

    Ok, You have us all sitting on the edge of our seats!  Is there anyway we can get the time to move faster?  I have one fear with me getting hooked on all this smoking.  How am I going to keep this body of mine fitting in my jeans?

    Wow! Thats great!  The same thing happened to me last month, only I wasn't so lucky.  I went to check out the other smokers and when I went back someone else was in the process of purchasing it.  It was marked down to $165.00.  Hmmm, wait,  you weren't, naww, different store.  ;)

    Wow!  Salmon, my favorite fish!   You sure got it lookin good in those pics.  There is not many things out there that will allow me to pass up a chance to eat salmon.

    Can't add much to what all of the above have already said, and there is no question they are right.  That sausage sure looks tasty!!   I did notice in your last picture, however, under your smoker.  Do you use that for a marinade or a sauce?  ;)
