Cool down food safety
Would it be of any value to put it in ice? I was thinking clean bus tub (food only) with ice. JJ how do restaurants do it if they are making pulled pork to reheat for sandwich ? Thank you- rlk438

Cool down food safety
My smoker has 2 1000 sq inch racks. So I can do quit a bit of food at one time. I freeze some \ refrigerate and have diner for family. On the food I am cooling to reheat I want to make sure I cool it fast enough. I can over load my meat refrigerator. I have been putting ice packs one the zip...- rlk438

Pork Pulling Techniques - looking for a better way
I have been looking for the same thing. I found one tool that goes n a drill (search amazon) cost 68. Kind of a power fork. But have also read to use kitchen aid mixer with paddle. Wife made pulled chicken breast that way. Only thing don't go to long and keep it slow or it will get to fine. My... -

You might try vacuum marinating the jerky. I got a tumbler vacuum marinater and have done one smoke with it. I got the 20lbs drum with it so I can do big batches. Thanks I will try that. We have farm ground and can cut some as long as I know I am getting good for smoking wood.. I know hickory and the other main ones. I want to start a log of ones to watch for years to come.- rlk438

There wasn't cluster of berrys like this. Just one on a stem but small about as big as a pencil eraser. At daughter volleyball game watching other teams. Will try to get photo of tree and bark in the next few days.- rlk438

These are pictures of a leaf off a tree that has some little red berries on it there is a dead one beside it that has dried up berries that look the same. Friend had a pecan tree blow down I saw a wood storage house made out of pallets. But I have this semi trailer for storage. So I out RR ties down then put pallets on them under the trailer for air flow. But the trailer can be the roof over the wood. We got 2 rows of 4 pallets for total of 8...- rlk438
