Me too. I went ahead and ordered the Smoke Daddy unit. It doesn't seem to have the same issues as the Bella's. I've tried all suggestions for the Bella's and nothing seems to work 100% of the time.
Condensation forms causing the pellets to swell up. Once they swell, they don't feed down to the bottom of the generator to burn. I constantly have to go outside and break up the clump with a screwdriver. I have to do this every 20-30 minutes or so.
Thanks. I have the Bella. It keeps getting clogged up and I'm tired of having to go outside with a screwdriver every 30 minutes to knock the wood and pellets down
Update on the coppa ham. It's a lot better than I thought it would be. After EQ curing for 8 days, I cold smoked it for about 9 hours and then hot smoked it until the IT was 135. I then put it in a sous vide bath of 145 for 5 hours.
Sliced some up and made some really good ham sandwiches
EQ curing some Coppa. Curing with cure #1 and my own Cajun blend. Will cure for 10-12 days then smoke it rather than dry it.
Hopefully, this will make some good sandwiches when it's done

I just watched a video on YouTube where a guy smokes a piece of pork in his air fryer. Has anyone tried this or something similar yet? Below is the video
This was my first attempt at trying chicken on my MES 40
The skin is not as crisp as I'd like it to be. I dried them overnight in the ref. I put some corn starch in my rub when I seasoned this morning
Smoked using hickory chips and pellets

Were you able to get this solved? I'm having the same issue with my 40inch MB. It will get up to 220 and stays there. I've checked this with an inkbird as well and still not hitting over 220. I've put in a ticket with MB. Hopefully they can help me out
