    Thank you .... I failed in my Q-View posting today. I had surprise company show up and my attention went elsewhere :( The ribs came out great ... Im pretty much settled that the WSM is > then the Yoder on a "Single" slab of ribs

    Pretty, invisible smoke ,,, less then 5deg variance ... I love my Yoder, but there really is something to be said for the WSM
