    I take it a Boston but whether injection or not needs to be put in fridge to keep it cool. How long can this be done and where can I get bags big enough for a 5 to 8lb. Boston but?? Thanks for any help....

    This may be a dumb question but is it safe to eat pulled pork at any temp. after it has been smoked to an temp.of 200 and has rested??? worried about the danger zone temp? TYVM

    Could some one please explain what the temperature danger zone is when smoking Boston but and brisket ore any meat for that matter. Not sure about this subject...Any help would be appreciated TYVM I posted in food safety but no answers?? Can you help...TYVM

    I never smoked before now. do I put meat probe in right away when meat is at room temp? or later? On any meat, when do I start putting sauce on, plan on injecting apple juice with some vinegar mix in on a Boston butt . any help would be appreciated. Ty all vm
