    Here is what we are having for dinner tonight, Ribs with Jeffs rub, and hickory at 250 for 5-6 hours, smoked corn and poppers with italian sausage and cheese. Will keep the pics coming! The rub is on the ribs and the jalepenos have cheese and italian sausage...

    We are trying some ribs in the ccsv this morning. Using Jeffs rub. Mesquite and 230 or as close as I can keep it. We are going to do a chicken later on (Beer Can) and some poppers photos to follow.

    I am getting a 24" CCSV in a couple weeks, have always enjoyed smoked food and plan on doing some of my own. Will post up some qview when I get it going. Just signed up for the ecourse so I should have a basic understanding by the time the smoker gets here!
