My Mother use to make a homemade version of hot chocolate and as best I can
remember it had cocoa powder, carnation instant milk and sugar.
Congratulations! Had my first smoked burger about 30 years ago at Oly's bar in
Santa Maria/Solvang area. He was quite the character but made a killer burger that I still

A little of this and that would convert a bit of hot sauce to a great dressing I think!
I tried some mineral ( iron but not cast) pans like Debuyer and as long as they are seasoned well can be pretty nonstick! But honestly don't use them a ton.

I grew up in the mountains and camped, hiked and fished. After high school moved to the big cities and got sissiefied.
Now I am an old (older) man and still working 40 a week.
Just making sausage from store bought meat on the weekends is exciting for me!!
Bacon wrapped works for me but not a huge fan of stuffing meat with cheese. Not into the blue cheese burger, fattie or hot dogs with cheese. Just getting used to meat sticks with cheese so maybe there is hope for me!
