    Had my last run before the Hasty Bake contest next weekend. If I can duplicate the same ribs I made today, I'll be happy. Smoked at 245 for almost 4 hours. No foil, just let em go. Basted twice.

    I'm sold. Gonna build a mini next weekend (if I get the pot shipped by then). I do have one question tho. Some if these paint jobs have some extensive stenciling on them. HOW THE HECK DO YOU DO IT??? I'm gonna do a STL Cardinals mini, so any tips or techniques for getting a killer logo on there...

    Did my first 2 rack of lamb tonight. Left one whole and roasted it with some light hickory on the Hasty Bake. Cut the other rack into lollipops seared them about an inch above the coals. All were DELICIOUS!!!! Simple salt and pepper and fresh herb seasoning. Can't believe I didn't take a pic...
