Someone one here told me that he used leftover pulled pork for brunswick stew. I can't find that post, but whoever you are thank you!!! Best part is the only things that are not leftovers is the cheese and the lime beans. Thanks again!!!
What is going on? I am looking for ideas on what to do with leftover pulled pork. I do not sauce my port as whole, so it is pulled frozen and not sauced. Pictured is pork stuffed potatoes.
I like big butts..... one on the left is out of a recteq BFG and the one on the right is out of a Bullseye. everything but the meat was the same, both were 8.5ish pounds. 4 hour cook time difference. ummmm

Thank you for posting this! Do you have a picture of it cooked and cut in half? My question is when you rolled it, was it just to close it around the fIlling making a pocket or does the meat roll on top of it stuff like a swirl inside?
do you have plans for all 3 of them. If not, it sounds like a perfect time to learn how to make some English bacon. BTW I am getting in the car to got to my Costco to see if they got this deal.
